In-home personal training accommodates busy professionals and people not comfortable in a traditional gym. The unique programs offered require minimal equipment and everything will be provided. Begining Monday June 13th, train with Pro MMA bantamweight  XKO champion Steven “Ocho” Peterson & Lewisville Boxing Pro John “Lawman” Lawson.

Boxing: Monday- Thursday 4:00pm  – 5:00pm or 5:00pm – 6:00pm

MMA: Tuesday and Wednesday 1:00pm – 2:00pm or 2:00pm – 3:00pm

Fitness Boot Camp

Our fitness boot camp offers all or most of the following:

  • A small group environment (6-15 people).
  • A spacious gym space such at the Lewisville Karate Center.
  • Orientation – Your first session will include time for completing paperwork, reviewing the class rules and safety guidelines and performing a basic fitness assessment if that hasn’t been done.
  • Warm Up - Each session should start with a basic warm up.
  • Workout – The 30-40 minute workout will typically include:
    • push ups
    • plyometric
    • Interval training
    • Squats
    • Lunges
    • Squat thrusts or burpees
    • Speed training with sprints
    • Core strength
    • Team competitions
    • Partner exercises
    • Obstacle courses
    • Cool down and stretching. The session will end with some gentle stretching and possibly some education and homework.
    • Fitness retesting. At the end of fitness boot camp, you will typically repeat the original fitness assessment to determine your results.

Flexibility

Like aerobic endurance and muscle strength, flexibility provides anti-aging benefits.  As you age, your muscles tighten and range of motion in joints can decrease. This can slow down active lifestyles and even stop day-to-day, normal activities. A regular stretching program can help lengthen your muscles and restore youthful activity.
