Training Philosophy

Training for Life is a new type of exercise philosophy that works more on range of motion, injuries, and repetitive motion injuries. Many people do not even know that they have scar tissue and dense fascia that limits muscle function. With a new system of training that relies more on flexibility than traditional strength training to we can accomplish goals.
